Total  Sate budget  revenue in  2022 reached 24,970 billion VND, up
          15.54% over the previous year. In which, Sate budget revenue in the area

          reached 5,274 billion VND, including: Domestic revenue was 4,901 billion
          VND  (accounting  for  19.63%  of  total  revenue);  import  and  export  tax
          revenue  was  134.5  billion  VND  (accounting  for  0.54%  of  total  revenue),
          down 43.12% compared to the previous year.
               Total Sate budget expenditure in 2022 reached 33,454 billion VND,

          an  increase  of  9,967%  compared  to  2021,  of  which:  Development
          investment expenditure was 4,714 billion VND (accounting for 14.09% of
          total  expenditure), an increase of 6.06%;  recurrent  expenditure was  9,462
          billion VND (accounting for 28.28% of total expenditure), down 4.47%.

               2.2. Banking activities
               Credit  institutions  in  the  area  strictly  and  promptly  implement
          monetary,  credit  mechanisms  and  policies  to  ensure  safe  and  effective
          banking  operations;  fully  and  promptly  meet  the  demand  serve  for  credit

          capital for production and business development. Effectively implement key
          credit  programs  and  policies,  especially  those  under  the  Socio-economic
          Recovery  and  Development  Program  under  the  direction  of  the
          Government, the Prime Minister and the State Bank.

               Total  mobilized  capital  of  credit  institutions  in  the  area  as  of
          December  31,  2022  reached  38,950  billion  VND,  up  16.2%  compared  to
          2021.  In  which:  Mobilization  from  economic  organizations  and  the
          individuals  estimated  reached  30,262  billion  VND,  an  increase  of  4,214
          billion  VND,  equivalent  to  an  increase  of  16.2%  over  the  same  period,
          savings  deposits  from  residents  accounted  for  about  74%  of  capital
          mobilization.

               Total outstanding loans of credit institutions as of December 31, 2022
          reached 33,413 billion VND, an increase of 4,103 billion VND compared to
          the  same  period  in  2021,  equivalent  to  an  increase  of  14%.  In  which,
          outstanding  loans  divided  by  loan  term:  Short-term  loans  reached  14,235
          billion VND, accounting for 42.6% of total outstanding loans; medium and
          long-term loans reached 19,178 billion VND, accounting for 57.4% of total
          outstanding loans. The bad debt ratio as of November 30, 2022 was 0.59%.
