land reached 1,838.45 billion VND (a reduction of 11.64%); other revenues
were 240.99 billion VND (a rise of 17.52%) compared to 2021.

The total Sate budget expenditure in 2022 was estimated to reach
33,454.19 billion VND, an increase by 9.97% compared to 2021, of which:
Expenditure on development investment 4,714.53 billion VND, accounting
for 14.09% of total expenditures and increased by 6.07% over the previous
year; the recurrent expenditure reached 9,462.01 billion VND, accounting
for 28.28% of total expenditures and decreased by 4.47% over the last year;
interest payments on loans from local governments was 2.75 billion VND,
increased by 19.34% over the last year; additional expenditure for reserve
fund was 1.30 billion VND, and equaling to the last year; Source transfer
expenditure was 1,165.06 billion VND, accounting for 3.48% of total
expenditure and down 20,95% compared to the previous year; additional
expenditure for the subordinate Sate budget units was 17,836.99 billion
VND, making up 53.32% of total expenditures and increased by 24.98%
over the last year; expenditure on paying to superior Sate budget units was
186.54 billion VND, accounting for 0.56% of total expenditures and
decreased by 1.03% in comparison with the previous year.

3. Insurance

In 2022, there were 92,285 persons in the province participated in
Social insurance, increasing by 0.06% over the last year; 790,240 persons
joined in Health insurance, increased by 4.29% over the last year; 70,258
persons took part in Unemployment insurance, went up 1.7% over the
previous year.

Total insurance revenue in 2022 reached 2,181.0 billion VND, an
increased by 3.06% compared to 2021, of which: Social insurance revenue
gained 1,306.0 billion VND, accounting for 59.88%; Health insurance revenue
reached 810 billion VND, making up 37.14%; Unemployment insurance
revenue was 65 billion VND, making up 2.98% in total insurance revenue.

Total insurance expenditure in 2022 was 3,294 billion VND, an
increase of 9.8% over the same period, of which: Social insurance
expenditure reached 2,314 billion VND, accounting for 70.25%; Health
insurance expenditure reached 899 billion VND, accounting for 27.29%;
Unemployment insurance expenditure reached 81 billion VND, accounting
for 2.46% in total expenditure.
