SOME FEATURES ON NATIONAL ACCOUNTS,
                    STATE BUDGET AND INSURANCE IN 2022



               1. National accounts

               Gross  regional domestic product  (GRDP) in  2022 (at  constant  2010
          prices) reached 32,791 billion VND, up 9.47% over the previous  year.  In
          which:  the  agriculture,  forestry  and  fishery  sector  increased  by  4.69%,
          contributing 1.04 percentage points to the overall growth; the industry and
          construction sector increased by 12.88%, a contribution of 5.3 percentage
          point;  the  service  sector  went  up  10.11%,  contributing  3.12  percentage
          points. In general, the province's gross regional domestic product in 2022
          had a higher growth rate than the 2021's rate of 6.61%, mainly because the
          Industry - Construction had a increased growth rate than the previous year's
          growth rate of 13,54%, in which, only the industry had a increased growth
          rate than the previous year's rate of 19.05%. The growth rate of Agriculture,
          Forestry and Fishery sector was 0.38% higher than the previous year; the
          service had a higher growth rate of 4.56% than the previous year's growth
          rate;  the  product  tax  less  subsidies  on  products  increased  by  0.05%  and
          contributed 0.003 percentage points to the overall growth.

               In  term  of  economic  structure:  the  agriculture,  forestry  and  fishery
          sector shared 23.07%; the industry and construction sector made up 38.13%;
          the service sector accounted for 33.57%; the product tax less subsidies on
          products  was  5.23%  (the  corresponding  economic  structure  of  2021  were
          23.71%; 37.45%; 33.12%; 5.72%).
               2. State budget revenue and expenditure

               The total local Sate budget revenues in 2022 was estimated at 24,968.98
          billion  VND,  a  increased  by  3,359.23  billion  VND  (increased  15.54%)
          compared  to  2021,  of  which,  Sate  budget  revenues  in  the  area  reached
          5,274.55 billion VND (accounting for 21.13% of total revenue), a reduction
          of 3.06%, the domestic revenue reached 4,901.18 billion VND (accounting
          for  19.63%  of  total  revenue),  a  decrease  of  5.54%  compared  to  2021;
          including:  revenues  from  enterprises,  individuals  operating  in  business
          production and services was 1,695.86 billion VND (a reduction of 7.91%);
          revenue  from  registration  fee  was  247.44    billion  VND  (a  rise  of  9.31%);
          gasoline fee was 323.39 billion VND (a fall of 23.58%); revenue from fees
