2.1. Investment

               Total  realized  investment  capital  in  the  province  in  2022  at  current
          prices reached 17,195 billion VND, an increase of 1.61% compared to 2021
          and equal to 30.36% of GRDP, including: the State sector’s investment was
          7,985 billion VND (accounting for 46.44% of total capital), an increase of
          7.34%; the non-state sector’s investment 8,923 billion VND (accounting for
          51.9%),  up  0.45%;  the  FDI  sector’s  investment  was  287  billion  VND
          (accounting for 1.67%), down 52.32%.
               The  province  cares  and  ensures  capital  for  key  projects;  regularly
          inspect and review the construction progress of projects and have specific
          solutions to solve difficulties in site clearance and construction conditions;
          speed up the construction progress of major projects and key works of the
          province. In addition to exploiting resources from the land fund to actively
          create  sources  for  development  investment,  the  province  also  approaches
          and takes full advantage of support capital sources from the central budget,
          ODA, concessional credit, and bond capital. Government bonds and other
          capital  sources  to  implement  projects  on  traffic,  environmental  treatment
          and development of education, health care and culture. On the other hand,
          the timely allocation of detailed capital sources for works/projects early in
          2022  had  helped  the  local  construction  to  be  proactive,  overcome
          difficulties, achieve a good growth compared to the same period last year...
               2.2. Construction

               Construction activities in 2022 in the province took place in the context
          that the economy in the province and the whole country had shown signs of
          recovery after two  years of being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The
          demand for housing increased, the construction of enhanced new rural areas
          and models have been paid attention to implementation. The construction of
          key  projects,  infrastructure  construction  of  industrial  zones  and  industrial
          zones ensured the progress, contributing to helping the construction achieve
          quite positive results.

               The floor area of housing construction completed in 2022 was mainly

          the area of single deteched houses, reaching over 1,193.6 thousand m , an
          increase of 31.22% compared to 2021. In which, mainly was the under-4-
                                                                       2
          floor single deteched houses, reaching over 992.15 thousand m , accounting
          for 86.22% of the total area of individual houses.
