1. National accounts

Gross regional domestic product (GRDP) in 2021 (at constant prices
2010) in the province was estimated at 30,132.47 billion VND, an increase
of 2.66% over the previous year. Of which, the agriculture, forestry and
fishery sector increased by 4.80%, contributing 1.05 percentage points to
the overall growth rate; the industry and construction sector a decrease
0.07%, a contribution of -0.03 percentage point; the service sector went up
3.75%, contributing 1.12 percentage points. In general, the province's
gross domestic product in 2021 has a decrease growth rate than 2020's rate
of 1.04%, mainly because the industry - construction group has a decrease
growth rate than the previous year's growth rate of 4.01%, in which
industry has a decrease growth rate than the previous year's rate of 5.51%.
The remaining growth rate of agriculture, forestry and fisheries group was
0.19% higher than the previous year; the service group had a higher
growth rate of 1.36% than the previous year's growth rate, the product tax
group minus product subsidies was 4.29% higher than the previous year's
rate, which affected the overall growth rate gross product in the province.
In term of economic structure: The agriculture, forestry and fishery
sector shared 22.99%; the industry and construction sector made up
40.26%; the service sector accounted for 31.13%; the group of product tax
minus product subsidies was 5.62% (the corresponding economic structure
of 2020 was 23.05%; 41.42%; 30.28%; 5.25%).

2. State budget revenue and expenditure

The total local state budget revenues in 2021 was estimated at
21,636.43 billion VND, a decrease of 958.72 billion VND (decrease
4.24%) compared to 2020, of which state budget revenues domestic
revenues 5,441.32 billion VND (accounting for 25.15% of total revenue),
a rise of 7.64%; domestic revenue reached 5,188.84 billion VND
(accounting for 23.98% of total revenue), an increase of 7.09% compared
to 2020; including: revenues from enterprises, individuals operating in
business production and services at 1,802.41 billion VND (a rise of
16.26%); revenue from registration fee 226.36 billion VND (a rise of
