The whole province has 60 cooperatives and 15 cooperative
groups newly established; dissolution 08 ceased cooperatives.
Accumulated to the end of the year, the whole province has 347
cooperatives and 225 cooperative groups (including 329 cooperatives
and 235 active cooperative groups). The average turnover of a
cooperative is about 3.18 billion VND; the average profit of one
cooperative reached 395.8 million VND, up 4.1% over the same
period last year. The number of regular laborers working in
cooperatives reached 20,126 people, an increase of 2.62% over the
same period in 2018.
The number of farms in the province is 198, of which: there are
93 breeding farms accounting for 46.97%; 101 cultivation farms
accounted for 51.01%; 04 other farms accounted for 2.02%.
4. Social order and safety

In 2019, there were 101 traffic accidents in the whole province
(including the number of traffic collisions). In particular, the road 101
cases, causing 77 deaths and 78 injuries. Compared to 2018, the
number of traffic accidents decreased by 06, the number of deaths by
08 and the number of injured by 04.
In 2019, there were 13 fires, explosions and deaths in 01
province. Property damage is estimated at 1,900 million VND.
Compared to the same period last year, the number of fires decreased
by 01, property damage decreased by 19,700 million VND.
5. Damages caused by natural disasters

In 2019, in addition to the common difficulties of the whole
country, Hoa Binh province was also seriously damaged by natural
disasters. The total rainfall from May to October 2019 in Hoa Binh
province ranges from: 1319 - 1904 mm; less common AMY from: 68
- 317 mm; less than 2018 words: 272 - 1201 mm. Kim Boi has the
largest seasonal rainfall, Chi Ne (Lac Thuy) has the least. In Hoa Binh
province, there were 9 heavy rains with large areas, namely: damage
to people, 3 deaths, 1 injury; property damage such as: damaged,
damaged, emergency relocation of about 737 houses, 19 houses were
severely damaged; 628 houses were damaged, losses of about 720 ha
of rice; crop damage was about 1,090 ha, cattle and poultry died 2,782
heads, estimated losses totaled over 20 billion VND.
