Total insurance revenue in 2019 reached 1,911 billion VND, of
which social insurance revenue was 1,060 billion VND; health

insurance reached 778 billion VND; unemployment insurance reaches
70 billion VND. Total insurance expenditures in 2019 reached 2,871
billion VND, of which Social Insurance spending reached 1,909
billion VND; health insurance reaches 917 billion VND;
unemployment insurance reaches 45 billion VND.

3. Investment

The total investment capital for implementation of the whole
society in Hoa Binh province in 2019 at current prices is estimated at
15,951.87 billion VND, up 23.29% compared to 2018, including:

State-owned capital reached 6,560.97 billion VND, accounting for
41.12%, an increase of 2.52% compared to 2018; non-state sector was
estimated at 8,219.35 billion VND, accounting for 51.54%, increasing
by 2.07% compared to 2018; FDI sector reached 1,171.5 billion VND,
accounting for 7.34%, down 4.59% compared to the previous year.

Regarding attracting foreign direct investment, there are 5 new
licensed projects in 2019 with a registered capital of 30 million USD,
an increase of 1 project compared to 2018. In general, the total
registered capital of the accumulated projects the valid plan till

December 31, 2019 is 564.11 million USD, the cumulative number of
projects is 40 projects.

4. Price index

The consumer price index (CPI) in December 2019 increased by
3.10% compared to December 2018. Average CPI in 2019 decreased
by 0.79% compared to the average in 2018.

Gold price index in December 2019 decreased by 0.06% over the
same period in 2018; the average price in 2019 increased by 5.93%
compared to 2018. The USD price index in December 2019 increased
by 1.18% over the same period in 2018; the average in 2019 increased
by 1.7% compared to 2018.
