Number of enterprises and cooperatives operating in production
and business as of December 31, 2017 are 1,862 enterprises. In which:

State-owned enterprises are: 14 enterprises accounted for only 0.75%;
Non-state enterprises are: 1,825 enterprises, accounting for 98.01%;
Foreign-invested enterprises are: 23 enterprises accounted for only
1.24%, of enterprises and cooperatives operating in production and
business as of 31/12/2017.

The number of enterprises and cooperatives operating in
production and business as of December 31, 2017 compared to
December 31, 2016 increased by 119 (up 6.83%), divided into: State-
owned enterprises are 1 (up 7.69%); Non-state enterprises: Increasing
121 (up 7.10%); Foreign-invested enterprises: decreased by 3 (down
11.54%).

The number of employees and cooperatives at December 31,
2017 is 49,799 employees. Divided into: Labor of State-owned

enterprises: 1,589 labors, decreasing 161 employees compared to
December 31, 2016 (down 9.20%); Labor of non-state enterprises:
31,017 employees, as compared to December 31, 2016, increased
1,543 employees (up 5.23%); Labor Foreign-invested enterprises:
17,193 employees, compared with December 31, 2016, increased by
1,510 employees (up 9.63%)

6. Results of productions and business in some economic
activities, sectors

- Agriculture, forestry and fishery

In 2018, agricultural production met many advantages, the
weather was not as severe as: cold weather at the beginning of the
year did not last long; Rain and flood do not cause heavy damage. The
production of paddy gained 207,220 tons, an increase of 26,628 tons
(the production of winter-spring rice reached 95,613 tons, an increase
of 3,690 tons; the production of traditional paddy was 111,607 tons,
an increase of 22,938 tons) compared to 2017.
