billion VND ( a rise of 0.03%); gasoline fee was 236.47 billion VND
(a decrease of 0.56%); revenue from fees was 54.84 billion VND (a
fall of 0.08%); revenues from housing and land reached 546.62 billion

VND (a rise of 0.38%); other revenues were 282.64 billion VND (a
growth of 0.79%) over the year 2017.

The state budget expenditure in 2018 was estimated to reach

19,450.81 billion VND, increasing by 77.70% compared to 2017, of
which: Expenditure on development investment 2,875.01 billion
VND, accounting for 14.78% of total expenditures and increased
5.09% over the previous year; the recurrent expenditure reached
7,843.47 billion VND, accounting for 40.32% of total expenditures
and a decrease of 21.29% over the last year; additional expenditure
for reserve fund was 1.30 billion VND, sharing 0.01% and equaling
to the last year; additional expenditure for the subordinate state

budget units was 6,893.37 billion VND, making up 35.44% of total
expenditures; expenditure on paying to superior state budget units
was 14.42 billion VND, accounting for 0.07% of total expenditures
and rose by 0.04% in comparison with the previous year.

3. Insurance

In 2018, there were 76,260 persons in the province
participated in social insurance, increasing by 5.89% over the last
year; 821,892 persons joined in health insurance, rising by 0.66%;

61,077 persons took part in unemployment insurance, going up
2.74% over the previous year.

Total insurance revenue in 2018 reached 1,805 billion VND,
an increase of 9.08% compared to 2017, of which: social insurance
