1. National accounts

Gross regional domestic product (GRDP) in 2018 (at constant
prices 2010) in the province was estimated at 28,776.50billion VND,
an increase of 8.36% over the previous year. Of which, the
agriculture, forestry and fishery sector increased by 5.30%,

contributing 1.12 percentage points to the overall growth rate; the
industry and construction sector rose by 11.7%, a contribution of 5.16
percentage point; the service sector went up 5.73%, contributing 1.66
percentage points. In general, the GRDP in the province in 2018
achieved a lower growth rate of 0.31% than the year 2017, mainly
because the industry and construction sector rose by a lower growth
rate of 2.66% than the rate of 2017, in which industry a lower than the

last year the 4.74%, the service sector was 0.82% lower than the last
year. The increase of agriculture, forestry and fishery is 3.71% higher
than the previous year; The group of product tax minus product
subsidies was 1.12% higher than the previous year, which affected the
overall growth rate of the GRDP in the province in 2018.

In term of economic structure: the agriculture, forestry and
fishery sector shared 20.87%; the industry and construction sector
made up 44.68%; the service sector accounted for 28.28%; the group
of product tax minus product subsidies was 5.65% (the corresponding
economic structure of 2017 was 21.14%; 43.58%; 29.29%; 5.71%).

2. State budget revenue and expenditure

The total local state budget revenues in 2018 was estimated at
13,349.64 billion VND, a rise of 1,842.86 billion VND (equivalent to
16.02%) compared to 2017, of which, Balance of state budget revenue
domestic revenues 5,155.29 billion VND (accounting for 38.62% of
