          thousand  heads,  up  2.55%;  the  pig  herd  was  487.7  thousand  heads,  up

          6.78%; the poultry population was 8,811.0 thousand heads, up 6.13%. The
          production of buffalo live weight in 2022 reached 3,896 tons, an increase of
          2.19% compared to 2021; the production of cattle live weight reached 3,236
          tons, up 4.05%; the production of pig live weight reached 68,144 tons, up
          6.87%;  the  production  of  poultry  live  weight  reached  24,896  tons,  an
          increase of 0.53%.

               2. Forestry

               In 2022, the area of newly concentrated planted forests in the province
          was  estimated  to  reach  8,299  ha,  up  3.75%  over  2021,  of  which,  the
          production  forest  was  8,263.2  ha,  up  5.76%.  The  production  of  timber

          reached 595,712 m , a rise of 5.76% over 2021.
               In 2021 there was no damage to the forest. Near the Lunar New Year,
          in  order  to  avoid  the  situation  of  forest  exploitation  and  indiscriminate

          deforestation, forest protection was paid more attention.

               3. Fishery
               In  2022,  the  province  continued  to  implement  programs  on
          aquaculture  development  projects,  strengthening  fishery  extension,
          encouraging localities in the province to make use of ponds, dams, fields
          and  irrigation  works  for  aquaculture.  Aquaculture  area  reached  2,447.7
          hectares, an increase of  1.28% compared to  2021, of which, fish farming

          area reached 2,445.4 hectares, accounting for 99.91% of the total area, down
          0.01%  compared  to  in  2021.  Fishery  production  reached  8,693.1  tons,  an
          increase  of  5.71%  compared  to  2021,  of  which,  aquaculture  production
          reached  6,721.6  tons,  an  increase  of  5.69%;  fisheries  catching  produciton
          reached 1,971.5 tons, up 5.75%.
