                                          IN 2021


               1. Agriculture

                In  2021,  agricultural  production  will  face  many  advantages  in
          terms  of  weather,  severe  cold,  harmful  cold  does  not  occur,  the
          temperature  is  not  too  low  to  create  favorable  conditions  for
          production Agriculture however with the close attention and direction
          of  the  Provincial  Party  Committee,  People's  Council,  Provincial
          People's  Committee,  branches  and  localities  in  Hoa  Binh  province,
          efforts  have  been  made  to  overcome  all  difficulties  and  strive  to

          achieve certain results.
               Grain production reached 362,106.5 tons, up 3.04% compared to
          2020,  of  which  rice  production  reached  215,422.5  tons,  up  4.27%
          (production  of  winter-spring  rice  reached  96,285.3  tons,  up  2.96%,
          output of winter rice reached 119,137.2 tons, an increase of 5.35%);

          corn production was 146,684.0 tons, down 1.3%.
               Yield  of  sweet  potatoes  reached  23,267.6  tons,  down  5.24%

          compared to the previous year. Cassava production reached 119,766.8
          tons,  down  1.31%  compared  to  the  previous  year  mainly  due  to
          reduced  area.    The  output  of  some  annual  crops  tends  to  increase
          compared  to  the  previous  year  (trees  with  oil  seeds  increased  by
          3.11%;  vegetables  of  all  kinds,  increased  5.76%;  flowers  and
          ornamental  plants  increased  by  47.95%;  annuals  increased  by
          12.85%).

               The  yield  of  some  perennial  industrial  crops  and  fruit  trees  in
          2021 was as follows: Tea was 6,889.0 tons, going up by 1.55%; orange
          and  tangerine  were  100,054.2  tons,  going  up  by  8.67%;  longan
          reached 5,894.6 tons, up 4.86% compared to last year.

               Breeding cattle and poultry is stable, no major epidemic occurs.
          At the time of October 1, 2021, the buffalo herd had 114.6 thousand
          heads,  down  0.81%  compared  to  the  same  period  in  2020;  87.4
          thousand cows, up 2.03%; pig herd 456.8 thousand, up 3.14%; 8,302.0
