               In 2021, transportation business in Hoa Binh province suffered a
          severe decline, negative growth, the cause of the Covid-19 epidemic,
          which was isolated from the whole society, the transportation revenue

          of  the  whole  province  was  estimated  at  1,315.21  billion  VND,
          compared to the same period year 2020 down 6.25%.

               The volume of passengers transported reached 3,712.9 thousand
          turns  of  people,  the  volume  of  transported  passengers  reached
          242,494.9  thousand  persons.km.  Compared  to  2020,  the  volume  of
          passengers transported decreased by 5.9%, the volume of transported
          passengers decreased by 5.1%.

               The  volume  of  goods  transported  is  estimated  at  7,293.2
          thousand  tons,  the  volume  of  goods  in  circulation  is  235,899,7

          thousand  tons.km.  Compared  to  2020,  the  volume  of  transported
          goods decreased by 0.57%, the volume of transported goods decreased
          by 3.67%.

               Revenue from warehousing and transportation support services
          reached 47.41 billion VND, up 3.13% compared to 2020.

               7. Some social issues

               - Population, labor and employment

               Average population in 2021 in the province was 871,724 person, an
          increase of 10,508 person, equivalent to 1.22% over 2020, of which the
          urban population was 221,383 person, accounting for 25.40%; the rural
          population was 650,341 person, accounting for 74.60%; male population

          438,650  person,  accounting  for  50.32%;  female  population  433,074
          people, accounting for 49.68%.

               The labor force aged 15 and over in the whole province in 2021 is
          estimated at 476,337 people, an increase of 25,983 people compared to
          2020. The labor force aged 15 and over working in economic sectors in

          2021  is  estimated  at  464,174  people,  an  increase  of  18,998  people
