4. Social order and safety

to the previous year, the number of fires decreased by 14 cases,
properties loss increased by 20,210 million VND.

5. Damages caused by natural disasters
In 2018, in addition to the general difficulties of the whole
country, Hoa Binh province was also seriously damaged by natural

disasters. While the whole province is trying to overcome the

then from July 15 to July 31, 2018, heavy rains occurred, causing
