The indicator counts on number of people receiving legal aid
(corresponding to number of legal aid cases completed in the
reference time). In thereference time, a person is provided with free
legal services in one case, counted as 1 turn; in 2 cases, counted as
two turns. If a person is provided with 2 free legal services in one case,
counted as 1 legal aid beneficiary.
NATURAL DISASTER DAMAGE
Natural disasters are caused by nature, including: storms, sea
level rise; strong winds on the sea; tropical low pressure; heavy rain,
flood; cyclone, lighting, hail; mist, white frost, damaging cold; salt-
water intrusion; drought, heat; earthquake; tsunami; land subsidence;
other disasters.
Damage caused by natural disasters is destruction or damage
at different levels in term of human and materials, and at the same
time adversely affects ecological environment which occurred during
or immediately after natural disasters. Human losses include death
toll, number of missing persons and number of injured people.
Material losses are estimated in VND at the time of disaster
occurrence.
