PRICE INDEX IN 2018

1. Consumer price index, gold and USD price index
Consumer price index (CPI) in 12/2018 compared with the
previous month decreased by 0.17%; increased by 2.58% compared to
December 2017. Average CPI in 2018 increased 2.64 compared to the
average of 2017. CPI in December 2018 decreased compared to the
previous month, the main reason is:
Price index of Food and catering services in December 2018
decreased by 0.19% compared to the previous month, transportation
decreased by 4.40%, housing and construction materials decreased by
0.23%.
In addition to the reasons for the decrease in CPI, there are some
reasons for the increase in CPI in December 2017 as follows:
Prices of food, beverages and tobacco increased slightly by 0.07%.
Due to weather changes, often, the price of medicine and medical
services increased by 6.91%.

The average consumer price index in 2018 increased at a low level
of 2.64% compared to the previous year, which is a favorable factor for
development of production and business and facilitates the price of some
goods managed by the State. sufficient costs according to market prices;
This is also a positive signal of the implementation of monetary policies
in recent years. Some of the main reasons for the consumer price index
increased in 2018:

Food price index increased 8.45%. Price index of garments, hats
and shoes increased by 3.37%. Price index of houses and construction
materials increased by 2.02%. The index of drug and medical service
prices increased by 2.89%, the transport price index increased by 6.75%.
Education price index increased by 4.47%.

Gold price index in December 2018 increased 1.98% compared to
the same period in 2017; The average of 2018 decreased by 0.87%
compared to 2017.

The US dollar price index in December 2017 increased by 3.7%
compared to the same period in 2017; The average of 2018 increased by
