budget of 5,953 million VND (Gift from the President is 10,576
exports = 3,243 million VND; gifts from the province are 13,332
exports = 2,710 million VND).

services: The total number of people receiving nursing is 3,017 people
with a budget of 5,384 million VND.

4. Social order and safety

In 2021, there were 93 traffic accidents in the whole province
(including the number of traffic collisions). Of which, 93 cases were
reported by road, causing 64 deaths and 69 injuries. Compared to

2020, the number of traffic accidents decreased by 03 cases, the
number of deaths decreased by 05 people and the number of injured
people decreased by 05 people.

In 2021, there were 06 fires and explosions in the province, with
no loss of life. Property damage was estimated at 503 million VND.
Compared to the same period last year, the number of fires decreased
by 02 case, property damage decreased by 166 million VND.
