1. Health and public healthcare

The number of medical examination and treatment facilities
across the province as of December 31, 2021 was 320 (with 163 state-
owned health facilities and 158 private health facilities), of which: 12

hospitals; 151 commune and ward health stations; 158 other health
facilities. The number of beds at the moment was 2,352 beds, equaling
101.69% compared to 2020, including 2,352 beds in hospitals. The
average number of beds per 10,000 people in 2021 was 27.0 beds,
equaling 103.85% compared to the average number of beds in 2020.

As of December 31, 2021, the number of health workers in the
province was 3,902 people, up 4.47% (down 167 people) compared to
2020, of which 3,208 people worked in the health sector, up 4.45%;

694 people working in the pharmaceutical industry, up 4.36%. The
average number of doctors per ten thousand people in 2021 will reach
9.07 people.

The rate of children under 1 year old fully vaccinated in 2021
reached 97.30%, the rate of children under 5 years old with
malnutrition weight by age was 15.0%.

2. Culture, information and sport

In 2021, cultural and artistic activities; propaganda, propaganda
to commemorate the celebration of major holidays and political
missions are widely organized throughout the province.

3. Living standards

Up to now, the province has 66/131 communes meeting new
rural standards, accounting for 50.38% of the total number of
