SOME FEATURES ON HEALTH, CULTURE,
                 LIVING STANDARDS, SOCIAL ORDER, SAFETY
                            AND ENVIRONMENT IN 2022



               1. Health and community health care

               The number of medical examination and treatment facilities across the
          province  as  of  December  31,  2022  was  163,  of  which:  12  hospitals;  151
          commune and ward health stations. The number of beds  was  2,465 beds,

          equaling  104.8%  compared  to  2021,  including  2,465  patient  beds  in
          hospitals. The average number of beds per 10,000 people in 2022 was 28.16
          beds, equaling 104.3% compared to the average number of beds in 2021.

               As of December 31, 2022, the number of health staffs in the province
          was  3,344  people,  up  1.8%  (up  59  people)  compared  to  2021,  of  which,
          2,932 people worked in the health sector, up 1.28%; 412 people working in
          the pharmaceutical sector, up 5.64%. The average number of doctors per ten
          thousand people in 2022 reached 9.47 people.

               The rate of children under 1 year old fully vaccinated in 2022 reached
          86.5%,  the  rate  of  children  under  5  years  old  with  weight-for-age
          malnutrition was 14.7%.


               2. Culture, information
               In  2022,  cultural  and  artistic  activities;  propaganda,  propaganda  to
          commemorate the celebration of major holidays and political missions ưere

          widely organized throughout the province.

               3. Living standards
               Up  to  now,  the  province  has  73/129  communes  meeting  new  rural
          standards,  accounting  for  56.59%  of  the  total  number  of  communes;  the
          people’s living staandard in the province in 2022 was improved. During the

          year,  the  Steering  Committee  for  taking  care  of  people  with  meritorious
          services visited and gave gifts, people with meritorious services and policy
